Privacy Statement

The Wellington Park Management Trust is committed to upholding the right to privacy of all persons who have dealings with the Trust.

The Trust will not collect sensitive information about you without your express consent and unless the collection is required by law. Personal information given will be used solely by the Trust for that/those primary purpose(s) or directly related purposes for which it is given. The Trust may disclose the information to law enforcement agencies, courts and other organisations authorised to collect it. Note that failure to provide reasonable personal information on an application for a licence or permit from the Trust may result in the Trust being unable to process the application.
